How long does shipping take?

Our shipping usually takes between 7-10 business days to United Kingdom. With every order you will receive a tracking number with which you can track your order.

What if my order is damaged in transit?

If your order is damaged in transit, please send us a message at info@lumeria.uk with your concerns and we will take a look at it. Normally your order will be resent to you free of charge.

What about the return policy?
